We roast our beans in small batches daily. Every bag is marked with a roast date, and we use one-way valve packaging to seal in the aroma while allowing gases to escape, ensuring you receive the freshest coffee possible.

What is the standard shipping time for orders?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your beans leave our roastery.

Do you offer coffee in different grind sizes?

Yes, you can choose from Whole Bean, Coarse (French Press), Medium (Drip), or Fine (Espresso). Simply select your preferred grind on the product page before adding it to your cart.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
